Ergo lets to Hill Helicopters

Ergo 66, the prime industrial space in Stafford of Ergo Real Estate (http://ergo-re.com) on

behalf of Aver Property (a JV with NFU Mutual), welcomes aviation innovators as Hill

Helicopters takes 66,738 sq ft of prime industrial space on a ten year lease.

“Hill Helicopters is delighted to have acquired such high quality space in Stafford, which secures the path into production for a new, all-British designed and built aircraft and engine,” says Peter Teare, CEO, Hill Helicopters; designers, manufacturer and innovators in aviation.

“Our new facility for Hill Helicopters will contain a new gantry mill along with a machine shop for the precision production of helicopter components.  There will also be a complete composites production line plus paint shop, and a customer showroom and lounge so that there is complete visibility of production activities for our customers.”

Over the last four years,  Ergo has acquired and developed over 2.6 million sq.ft of prime industrial space, reflecting its expertise in this dynamic sector, and brings fresh opportunities to the Midlands and North West.

Ergo 66 is ideally located at Junction 14 of the M6 motorway and Hill Helicopters joins existing tenants FDL on the Ergo development.  Harris Lamb acted for Aver and CBRE represented the tenant.
