Three new lettings at the refurbished office development at 148 Great Charles Street in the

heart of Birmingham’s vibrant business community have been secured by Aver Property, a

joint venture between NFU Mutual and Ergo Real Estate (www.ergo-re.com).

The new lettings go to Story Contracting, an award-winning infrastructure company who deliver complex projects in the rail sector, have signed a five year lease on a suite of 1,747 sq ft on the fourth floor; Folk Agency, a creative, below the line advertising agency have also committed to a five year lease, and will occupy 1,761 sq ft on the sixth floor; and Andereslite, technical recruitment experts, have relocated from the seventh floor to a newly refurbished suite of 1,935 sq ft on the fifth floor on a five year lease.
